Diet of grapefruit

Another diet that can give good results is the grapefruit. It’s conducive to lose weight, so it is beneficial for cellulite, which it helps reduce. Note, however, that this is a diet of semi fasting, so it should not be extended more than a week.

    * Breakfast:
    A glass of natural grapefruit juice.

    * Lunch:
    An infusion, preferably tea. Yogurt natural or fruit. One tablespoon wheat germ.

    * Food:
    A glass of carrot juice with celery and green apple.
    Salad lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Soufflé pumpkin.

    * Snack:
    A glass of natural grapefruit juice.

    * Dinner:
    A fillet of fish, wrapped in aluminium and 10 minutes grilled, or baked in the very hot oven. Seasoned with spices, garlic and parsley.

    * Before bedtime:
    A glass of natural grapefruit juice.
